Located by the romantic castle of Montebenichi within the province of Arezzo, Villa Cortigiani is an ideal starting point to visit the major Tuscan art towns as well as the Chianti and Crete Senesi regions.
The property was bought in ruins in 2000 by the present owners, a family company with a long tradition as historical building contractors, and it took nearly three years of careful and meticulous restoration to give the buildings their ancient splendour.
Today the resort is made up of six independent homes for 2–4 persons and four double suites (one of which has handicap facilities), a dining hall for special events, a meeting room with a seating capacity of 35. Villa Cortigiani is surrounded by a large private park with gardens, barbecues, patios, verandas, and a swimming pool. There is also an independent villa (Villa Camilla).
