Live an authentic Truffle Hunting with our trifulau (truffle hunter) and their tabui (truffle hunting dog): you will discover the secrets of this underground mushroom and taste it with local wines. After the hunt in the woods, the expert will guide you in the wine cellar to tell you the winery’s history and how they produce the famous Barolo wine. In the end, you will have the possibility of enjoying an excellent enogastronomic experience tasting our wines matched with truffle products and a plate with a mix of territory products.
Meet your driver again to accompany you to the family-owned winery. Starting with a welcome glass of white wine, the tour will bring you to the discovery of the entire property: from the vineyard to the pond, to the hidden garden. And after having climbed the panoramic turret, where you will savor a drink, you will visit the cellar of the Winery. Here you will taste Barolo and Dolcetto paired with four hors d’oeuvres from the Piedmontese tradition, including a board of cheese with honey and wood-fire roasted hazelnuts and chocolate.
