This home is in a residential building right in the center of Florence, steps away from the famous Loggia del Porcellino and many other famous attractions like Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. After entering the main door, you will find 7 steps leading up to the lift.
Right after entering the apartment you will find on your right the living area, equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, flat screen Tv and a design dining table.
The adjoining kitchen is small but fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your Italian pasta while in Florence. The floor is hardwood throughout.
After the kitchen, a few steps will lead you to the breathtaking outdoor terrace: from here you can see the Duomo and many other Florence famous attractions. The terrace is equipped with outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table, perfect to enjoy an energizing breakfast in the morning or an Italian aperitivo while observing the sunset over the Cupola.
The double bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet and night tables. The second bedroom is equipped with a two single beds, closet and night tables. The bathroom, also recently renewed, is set next to the kitchen and features a large walk-in shower.
