Apartment Description

On the fourth floor of an ancient building, in the very center of Florence, you will find this recently renovated apartment. Located within a short distance between two of the most emblematic attractions of Florence – the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Palazzo Vecchio – this flat is the perfect combination of comfort and style.

After entering the Palazzo, a couple of steps separate you from the elevator (a tiny one therefore you may need to split trips). Right after entering the flat, on your right you will walk into the elegant and airy living room. The entire apartment is very bright and spacious, with hardwood floors and AC throughout.

The large living room is connected to the dining/ kitchen area. The living area is spacious and beautifully furnished but not overcrowded, living plenty of space for walking around. Velvet furnishings are spread throughout the apartment, giving the ambience a sophisticated and cosy feeling. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of  a real home, as well as a stylish dining room table with design chairs.

The rest of the apartment is dedicated to the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom space and the laundry room. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with AC and TV. A ramp of 14 steps lead to the second level where you will find the fourth bedroom , with queen size bed, TV and bathroom. On this floor there is also a little living area overlooking the living room.
