The house is located in the perfect position to explore the beautiful Val d’ Itria, 3 km away from Martina Franca and Locorotondo and 6km away from Cisternino, small villages known for their characteristic white houses and streets. The beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea are at a distance of 25 and 50 km from the villa.
The villa offers three bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and garden view and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The house is air conditioned with cooling and underfloor heating in all rooms, wi-fi internet, TV, library, barbecue area in the garden, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. It can accommodate eight people with the possibility of adding one bed with a pouf bed.
Walking in the property, completely surrounded by a large garden with typical plants (lavender, rosemary, sage) you can admire all the features
typical of the ancient rural houses, trulli and farmhouses with sloping roofs, an enchanting place where you can enjoy unique and indescribable fresh sunrises and sunsets of fire on the countryside. In this postcard-perfect place, the swimming pool opens up with a waterfront corner. There is also a spacious area where you can prepare tasty barbecues outdoors, spaces equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners in the shade of the veranda or gazebo.
Entering the house from the large veranda you will find yourself in the spacious living room complete with with sofa and TV, adjacent to the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Proceeding on your left you will walk into the trullis, furnished with sofas and armchairs, with a fireplace decorating the area.
