Villa Description

Villa Lasiandra is an extraordinary villa, just renovated with all the most modern comforts for holidays dedicated to fun and relax. It is located just outside the historic center of the medieval town of Oria, in the Upper Salento, along a road lined with cactus and poppies. The sumptuous residence is embellished by a large well-kept garden, with lawn and various relax areas such as covered gazebos, poolside solarium and paths in the green; it has up to 14 standard beds to which other 6 beds can be added on request for children up to 12 years of age. Interiors of Villa Lasiandra are selected, with polychrome marble and wood inlaid by master carpenters.

Villa Lasiandra is divided into three levels, the first floor, the second floor and the third floor where we find Suite n.1, accessible from the dominant wooden stair. At the underground level there are SPA, Gym, Thermal space, Hair room, billiard room and the rustic lounge.

The Hall is divided between a lunch area with a large convivial table, a relaxing area with sofas and armchairs around the fireplace, and a lounge-bar area.

The large glass windows allow to enjoy the outdoor space with its gardens, the pine forest and the swimming pool. The indoor space integrates with the outdoor space, the porch in front of the living room is a covered outdoor space furnished with wrought-iron table and chairs, sofas, armchairs and tables where it’s possible to spend pleasures moments of relax in good company.

Suite One

• Large living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV, two big wooden and wrought-iron windows overlokking the terrace. The terrace is composed of sofa and breakfast area with wrought-iron chairs and table.
• Bedroom with double bed and armchairs

• Wooden custom-made wardrobe, with mini fridge and a safe
• Access through a French window to the private balcony that overlooks the side garden and offers a suggestive view of the swimming pool. This Suite is customized by boiserie, the adhesive wallpaper and the fabrics, that make it an enriched and unique room.
• Bathroom with comfortable shower and a large custom-made washbasin shelf with octagonal washbasin and mirror.

The total area of Suite n.1 is 71 square meters with a terrace area of 22 square meters, and is located on the last floor.

The total area of the Suite n.2 is 63 square meters with a terrace area of 8 square meters.

The total area of the Suite n.3 is 26 square meters and is located on the second level.

Suite Four

The total area of the Junior Suite n.4 is 36 square meters with a terrace area of 26 square meters, and is located on the second level.

Suite Five

• View over the garden and the swimming pool area

The Junior Suite n.5 is located on the first level, and has an area of 36 square meters with a terrace area of 24 square meters.

Suite Six

• Relax corner with a sofa bed and a tv, a wooden custom-made wardrobe and a mini fridge and safe
• Two private bathrooms: the first is complete of bathroom fixtures and shelf, with a double octagonal sink and a wall mirror; the second bathroom instead is composed of a sink shelf, an octagonal sink and a wall mirror, and with a large shower with walk-in glass, all custom-made
• Double bed, bench, Tv and pouf
• Large and comfortable veranda with a private garden bordered by a hedge with access also from the outside, which is also private

Suite 6 is located on the first floor, and has an area of 63 square meters and a veranda of 48 square meters

Suite Seven

• Large fireplace and wide French windows;
• Access to the veranda with private garden: the veranda is furnished with sofas and armchairs, a table with chairs for breakfast and deck chairs in the garden for sunbathing. On the other side there is a very large outdoor shower;
• Double bed;
• Relax corner with sofa and coffee table, TV and bench;
• Large bathroom with a custom-made shelf with a double octagonal sink, a full height mirror and a separated sanitary area and an area with a large shower.

Suite 7 is located on the first floor, and has an area of 64 square meters and a veranda of 38 square meters.

The villa is located between Oria and Manduria, at 110 km from the airport of Bari, and at 30 km from the airport of Brindisi.
